Patient Safety Charter
Patient safety and care is of the upmost importance. Our dentists follow a policy of preventative dentistry and believe in the value of regular examinations to minimise treatment in the future. Staff are trained and updated on all aspects of infection control, as well as keeping up-to-date with current thinking in all fields of general and specialist dentistry in line with guidance from the General Dental Council. Our clinical staff are dedicated to maintaining the highest of standards whilst both meeting and exceeding the General Dental Council’s requirement for continuing professional education. Our Goal is to give patients confidence in our knowledge and skills.
At Truro Road we take complaints very seriously because we want all our patients to be delighted with our service. If a patient makes a complaint, it is important to us that this is dealt with courteously and promptly so that the matter is resolved as quickly as possible. If you require more information ask at reception. Patients will not be discriminated against for making a complaint and it will not have a negative effect on their treatment.
